After several hours of work Foam Engine 403 finally replaces the 1996 Pierce Quantum as Engine 403. After Saturday, February 23 Foam Engine 403 will also replace Mr. Bubbles as the front line foam unit. You can read more about the capabilities of the new unit on the apparatus page.
