On November 20, 2007, A-shift went to Queen City Brewery in Staunton, VA to brew some beer.  Making the first trip was Lt. Pike, MTech Trottman, FF Young and FF Flanagan.  After much sampling, selections were made.  We then spent about 3 hours brewing three different beers. The beer was placed in large containers to ferment. 

On December 20, 2007 we returned to bottle our sweet nectar.  Making the return trip was Lt. Pike, MTech Trottman, FF Young, and FM Whelpley.  Bottling took about 2 hours.  Significant product quality control was performed to insure a proper brew.  All in all we bottled 18+ cases of beer.
