In the early morning hours City units were alerted to a hazmat box for a fully-loaded overturned diesel fuel tanker.  Units arrived at the tank farm to find the tanker truck laying on its side in the ditch.  The driver stated he had reached for something subsequently pulling the steering wheel to the right causing the accident.  The driver did not sustain any injuries.  Units remained on the scene while the tanker was pumped off onto another tanker and up righted.  Battalion 443 (Ciarrocca) had Colonial Avenue Command.
