Medic 433-A responded with Fairfax County Units to the Inner Loop Prior to I-66.  This was a single vehicle crash that occurred when a wheel broke free from a trash truck traveling on the outer loop. The tire bounced across all 6 lanes of the Beltway and came in contact with the passenger side of this vehicle.  The driver maintained control of her vehicle, and maneuvered it to the shoulder of the beltway. She escaped with only a few minor lacerations.
