On February 18th Lieutenant Dunstan and Technician Mackay headed to Hancock, New Hampshire to attend an Ice Rescue Technician Train-the-Trainer course. The class was four days long and most of it was spent in an ice rescue suit. The class was attended by public safety personnel from five different states. The class was hosted by Lifesaving Resource, Inc in which several of our other members had already attended their Technician Course.
