Over the last tour A Shift Station 403 has been running their firefighters through a basic skills drill. During the drill you get to focus on communication, following a tag/search line, and several other basic firefighter skills.
We stole this idea from a magazine so we can't take all the credit. Basically, we ran a tag/searchline through a playground and had two firefighters follow it. The drill received high remarks from the participants. Take a look at the pictures.
