    Cookie Drop Off
    Girl Scouts from troop 1216 stopped by FS433 to drop off cookies they sold for their "home town heroes". Troop 1216 donated 126 boxes of cookies
    Garden Apt. Fire Box 4302
    FE403, T403, BC443, M403, RE433 and crews from Fairfax Co. were dispatched to a garden apt fire on West Dr. Upon arrival found heavy fire and smoke
    Ice Rescue on Woodglen Lake
    T403 responded with crews from Fairfax Co. to rescue Milo, a 130lb St. Bernard, who fell through the ice.

      "Team Tri-Fire" began about 10 years ago with a few members, but still running hot is B Shifts representative Technician Ron Teribery!  He's been an avid Triathlete since he got "hooked" in 2009 and has been competing in Sprint Distances, and even a few grueling Olympic Distance Triathlons.

      2 Alarm fire Box 3401

      On March 29th shortly after being placed in service (<24hrs), TL403 was dispatched along with FE403, M403, BC443, and RE433 to a 2 alarm fire in box 3401. Units attempted an aggressive interior search/attack, but were ultimately unable to find the seat of the fire. Command pulled all units from the interior, and began exterior defensive operations.

      Tower Ladder 403 in service

      On March 28th 2016, TL403 was placed in service @ 2118hrs. Members of B-shift worked together to finish some of the final tasks on the "punch list", and complete the customary switch over. B-shift was joined by Volunteer Chief Bryson and Asst. Chief Everly.

      Ice Rescue Woodglen Lake

      The crew from T403 responded to Woodglen Lake for a reported dog who had fallen through the ice. Upon arrival, crews from both the City of Fairfax and Fairfax Co. went to work to rescue Milo, a 130lb St. Bernard.
